       In September 2018, Henan Jinhuan Environmental Impact Assessment Co., Ltd. completed the Environmental Impact Report of Shenmu Xingyiyuan Materials Trading Co., LTD. 2×45000KVA ferrosilicon mineral thermal Furnace Project.。On September 19, 2018, the Department of Ecological Environment of Shaanxi Province approved the environmental impact Report of the 2×45000KVA ferrosilicon thermal Furnace Project of Xingyiyuan Materials Trading Co., LTD. (Shaanxi Huan Approved No. [2018]401)。The project will start construction in October 2019 and be completed in December 2022 (1#, 2# ore furnace construction in batches).。The project has obtained the pollutant discharge permit issued by Yulin Ecological Environment Bureau, certificate number: 91610821MA709UHQ1A001V。Environmental acceptance of the project was organized in November 2023。
